Who we are
This site is operated by TLC Fitness (Taylor).
What we collect
- Contact and application details: name, email, phone (if given) and your answers to the fit assessment.
- Attribution and analytics: how you arrived (for example campaign or referral links) and which pages and buttons you used.
- Booking details: when you book an evaluation, the scheduling service shares the booking time and the details you entered.
- Membership and payment details: plan, billing status and the email used to pay. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
- Member activity: once membership features are active, workouts logged, check-ins and messages sent to the Ask Taylor assistant.
How we use it
To review your application and recommend the right next step, schedule calls, provide and bill your membership, follow up with relevant offers, answer questions, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the service: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), payments (Stripe), scheduling (Calendly), customer communication and follow-up (GoHighLevel), and an AI model provider for the Ask Taylor assistant. Each only receives what it needs to perform its function.
Follow-up messages
If you apply, we may contact you about coaching or membership. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Reply to any message from Taylor's team to make a request.
